Summary
I hate disclaimers and copyright statements, but in today's world of crazy lawsuits, you can never be too safe. I put together some clips of other sites' disclaimers and copyright statements to build this beast. In a nutshell, it says:
Disclaimer - If you go bust your head open on a rock because you tried to do some move described in these pages, don't sue me, it's your own fault. If you break some part that I recommend and injure yourself, don't sue me, it's not my fault it broke on you, sue the company that made the part if you really feel the need to sue someone. Furthermore, if I recommend a product or bike, I can be completely wrong about anything about it. The specifications can be wrong. The bike could be totally different! I try to be as accurate as possible, but please check with the place you order from if a certain feature is really important to you. I will not be held responsible for innaccuracies.
Copyright - Don't copy things from my page and put them on your page. Don't link to any page or file on my site other than http://BikeTrials.com/ If I find you linking directly to photos or videos on your site, I will send a nice e-mail to you kindly asking you to take the links down, and I will rename the files on my system. Don't think I won't find you, I have friends on the internet, and I know how to search the web for such things.
