After taking photos and video at the [Kernville NATS Final](/comp/02-10-20-Kernville/) (I didn't compete), I felt like doing a bit of riding myself on the way home. For those of you who don't know, I haven't been competing or riding much for quite some time due to low-back pain. However, I've started to feel better after starting a Pilates class on Ryan Leech's recommendation. I hope to be back competing next season! Also, [my Echo ES4](/bikes/StephenMaeder-ES4/) is feeling really good to me, as I've been dialing it in. I just recently put on a new Aluminum rotor and Ultegra derailleur. Enjoy the photos...
