You may agree with me or not but my experience with eBay has been a good one. The best weapon against seller that try to cheat out buyers is common sense [if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is]. I use PayPal to pay for all purchases[most sellers accept PayPal] PayPal offers $500 dollars of buyer protection on top of eBay's great protection policies. A tip: read sellers feedback to learn what other buyers exprience with that seller is. Sellers with high feed back indicated by colored stars and sometimes the powerseller logo if these seller have over 95% postitve feedback then it is very unlikly that any thing will go wrong. In fact Sellers fear negitive feedback from buyers because number one its bad for business and there reputation and two its causes buyers not to bid or buy [bad for business]. The overwhelming majority of sellers will go out of there way to make any flaw right. This is true for most major aution sites such as yahoo.

E-bay is a garbage house, a place where individual sellers rip off novice buyers.
