Its like Ryan is teaching you! Although I've only had the movie for a week, its already improved my riding. Its a must have for trial riders. He shows the skills to you from almost every angle. I wish he came out with this video earlier. The way in which he teaches the skills is so smart, if I have started out learning them this way I would have been much more advanced by now.

Ryan stresses the importance of the basics of course. I like some of the shots that show a front and back view or from both sides at the same time :). He explains the techniques very well which will definately help me increase my skill level! A definate must buy for those of you who wish to improve your biking abilities. Heck, it's just plain enjoyable to watch Ryan show us his skills. Ok, go buy it now!

Enjoy the ride!

Ok, I agree with everything in the above post. I am very glad I bought this video and even if your not strictly into trials it has lots of useful info for trail riding too. It has just about every move that you could think of and he even goes over moves that are strictly for show. I see myself watching this video a hundred times (not kidding, I've already watched Manifesto about 40-50)

To master anything you have to have a firm understanding of the basics. This video covers the basics well, then it demonstrates ways to combine the basics to produce more advanced results.

The intermediate and advanced portions of the video are probably beyond the abilities of most riders, but you will enjoy watching it over and over regardless. I highly recommend this for any urban rider...trials, BMX, or MTB. I especially recommend it for riders that often like to try more than they should. The instructions will help you get where you're going a lot faster and easier. A++
