Strengths
Super grippy, good traction

Weaknesses
Weak sidewalls, must run a wide rim or lots of pressure to keep from folding

Similar Products Used
echo, intense

When I first tried this tire I had 26mm wide rear rim and it folded a lot with low pressure. However, I just got a 42mm wide rim and it works great. Have only had it for awhile so we will see how it holds up. If you have a wide rim get it, if not get something else.

i love this tire. It grips better than the Michelin which is amazing. I think it will pinch flat but i never hit the rim hard enough to pinch with any tire. So, its great. I have it on the rear with my 47mm wide tryall rim and its great. its great, great. CHEAP, its only the price of the el gato. And, it looks like a saw blade. This grips much better than maxxis, thats for sure. I dont see why other peeps dont use it more. Really good in wet and dry conditions. The compound doesnt let mud stick to it so, its good in da mud. If you've ever been to Fontana, Ca, you'd find this useful.

it soaks up shocks well but i find that it weighs the rear end down a lot and decreases potential for hops.

I currently run the 2.0 front tire on my back wheel and it still does the job a treat. I have to keep my tires at about 25psi (I have a 32mm back rim)to stop them folding too much. If you run a wide rim you can't go wrong with these tires , they're also pretty cheap.

well im a bit torn on this one. the tyre is nice and sticky so grips quite well however the tread just didnt do anything for me with urban trials especially when gettin up stuff it just doesn't hook on the ledges etc. the weight could be better however what you sacrifice in weight you gain in pinch flat resistance i think that if the tread was deeper and closer spaced it would make the tyre one of the best as it happens this isnt the case so 3/5 from me
