Review
I have run these cranks for almost a year with not a single hitch. I rode FSA Power Pros before, but these are way stiffer. I am an abusive 220# guy, so the fact that they have held up to my less than graceful attempt at trials is saying a lot. The black coating on them is very thin, so the first time they meet concrete, they look old. They are also on the heavy side, but they are beefy. Also the fact that they have steel thread inserts in the pedal interface add to thier longevity. If you are lighter, smoother, and have more money, go with the Holzfeller or Stylo.

Review
lasting me well after 2 years of abusive learning, no complaints whatsoever with the functionality. the chainring that comes with them last well - about a year as opposed to a shimano ring that lasted 2 months with around about the same use.
they are a bit soft and me learning on concrete shows that well, but it doesnt really make a difference unless you are really quite concerned about how shiny your cranks look.
theyre pretty beefy to make up for the softness, so i doubt anyone short of insane could break or bend them without repeated severe abuse. i dont think the weight matters much at all, i doubt anyone could feel the difference between a light crank and a heavy one.
these are great for the money and great for me, i dont see myself replacing them anytime soon.

These have held up to loads of abuse without creak or crack, however the bb bearings have started to get abit of play in them dues to the drops, 1 thing i hate about these cranks is where the bashring bolts on to the crank arm theres no clearance from the chainring tab to the bashring, all in all these are good cranks for the money which should inspire confidence in the rider.

Strengths
v. strong cranks, take a beating and seem to laugh it off. They are not overly heavy either (compared to some of their 3 piece counterparts). They are also some of the least flexy cranks i have ever riden with

Weaknesses
too easy to take off the anodized finish, they look battered after about a month. The alloy rings that they come with can be bend very easily, i have no idea how i managed to do it to mine.

Review
These are a fantastic set of cranks, for the money you will be hard pushed to find better. I went for them because of the success of other models, and they have a fantastic strength to weight ratio. For the pros though i would recommend something a little lighter for trials, and 3 piece for dirt/bmx. If you have enough money for Middleburns then go that way, if not then these are awesome

I got these cranks just for a cheap pair just so i could start riding again after i snapped my middleburns but have proven to be strong and are alot better than expected. The only problem is the weight and that doesnt bother me aslong as they wont snap them easly.

Great for about two months of street riding. Left crankarm (with splined bb) is falling off. There should be a steel insert around the attachment point to the bb. Great bashring and chainring. It does put the c-ring too close to the frame, and cannot be fixed with smaller c-ring warshers as the chain will not go 'round the inside, 'round the inside, 'round the inside.

These cranks are strong, reliable and affordable. My buds have rode Raceface North Shores, FSA's and they have had problems with them at some point in time. I have never had any complications with them. They are on the heavy side but If you want strength then you will have to deal with it. These Cranks have done everything a crank should do.

i got a set stock on my norco evolve and have used them for two years. they are quite stiff and very strong as i use have used them for multiple 6ft plus drops however they do bring the wieght of your bike up very quickly. the bash ring is very grippy and for the price is a sound investment if you need a trials crank that can handle a bit of freeride.

I bought a "demo set" on ebay. They looked brand new but for spme missing paint on splines. The Gigapipe bb required another ring it didn't come with to fit the cranks properly. The cranks would loosen up until I got the extra ring. I have a 68mm frame. Now the splines are badly worn. The cranks work fine however. I weigh 250 and get 0 creaking. Great looking crank. The spline need to be redesigned. Truvative was not very helpful due to them being purchased on ebay.
