Shimano's top of the line road derailleur. Great if you're running a road cassette.

I run this derailleur w/ the g-tension spring removed. It allows me a full 9spd range of rear gears with the shortest possible chain.

I have ripped on this derraileur and sent it through some spokes... it's still spinning pulleys.

Get it, I have smoked this DRCage on many rocks and stuff and it seems to take more abuse then most mtb DRs, also it has that trials look of a small DR because it already has a small cage.

Review
Ran the older style one for quite sometime with no issues. This summer while working at a bike shop I decided to pick up the redesigned 06 model. I do alot of street/skatepark/trials riding and it holds up just fine (Thank God). Has taken a few jabs and still shifts perfectly. For once i'm please with a shimano product. lol :)
I REALLY hate breaking parts so I'm glad to have this on my set up. It handles being stretched out (tight chain line) where others somewhat fail.
