This tyre really impressed me when i first put it on my bike. Instantly i could feel how much grippier it was than a lesser tyre such as a Tioga Factory DH, It really inspired confidence in the wet and helped me to push my limits and i found myself blunting higher objects and generally hitting stuff harder. Another reason for this was the fact that the tyre is virtually unpinchable, its sidewalls are PHAT. Perfect for street. I used it mainly on urban obstacles but found it to be just as good in more natual situations such as logs and dirt. It seemed to wear down quickly but i found that this didnt really effect the level of grip as it has "self sharpening tread" im not sure how this works but it did. The only real downside is the weight and hell this is a heavy tire. I was using the "Nagasti" tubeless version and this weighed about 300 more grammes (i think it weighs about 1200grammes!!!) than any other tyre i had used before, this though is due to the strength of the tyre and how unpinchable it is. Although this is a downside i believe michelin have a tyre called the "HOT S" which is a lighter version of this tyre with the only difference being thinner sidewalls and how it is available with a red sidewall. In all I'd say if your a heavy street rider who is prone to pinches go for the standard "Nagasti" version with the phat sidewalls, but if your a smooth natural rider or just arent the sort of rider who pinches often get the "HOT S" due to its advantages of lighter weight.

This thing is CRAAAZY! I cant feel the rim or the weight because the bounce makes up for it. I run ~10psi for natty and 12 for urban. This thing has very little flop so its crazy.
BEST TYRE IVE EVER TRIED!

I am currently running the 2.2" version, and have only done so for a few rides but it is fantastic. i used to use the 2.5" version for about 10 months or so but i found it too sluggish, really a bit overkill for trials. I dont think i will ever flat the 2.2" version and it feels great, the best tyre i have ever used and although it is heavy, you dont notice it and the benefits of the thick sidewalls outweigh the negative effects caused by weight.

This tyre fits so firmly on the rim that you would be very hard pressed to roll it off the rim, unlike other tyres run at the same pressure. Also this tyre is great for natural riding as is wont roll around and bounce you in all directions, it is very predictable.

If you have the money, and the sense to try this tyre out, i can garrentee you wont be dissappointed, and dont be tempted to use the 2.5" version if you dont need to as the 2.2" version is really great

this tire is the smallest i've used for trials, but by FAR the best. it grips anything you're on like a bunch of sticky grabby hands. Its weird but really confidence inspiring. The Kujo was a great urban tire 30-35psi, impossible to pinch, grippy on concrete and lasts forever. The Rokko was an awesome tire as well 25-30psi, but heavy. The Tioga absolutely sucks for trials at any psi. The motoraptor was light 33psi, but the compound was kinda hard. I'm running 18-25psi in the michelin. its the best ever ever ever.

This is the best tire i have ever used! i run the 2.5 and its great, im sure a 2.2 would be fine but i like the extra bounce and volume! and the weight diff is marginal.
It has awesome grip! can really notice on damp/wet stuff!
The grip doesnt wear down that much because it is soft, when you pedal the rubber gives with the ground, doesnt tear at it like harder compound tires, that my theory anyway.
Awesome awesome tire! specially on a wide rim!

I am currently running the 2.2 size tire in the rear. It is not as heavy as the 2.5, but works just as well. A great tire for trials.

I used this tyre for almoust too years and basicaly the only problem I have with it is that I can not use it anymore due to the fact that it's almost slick now. If you are intrested in quality and not so much obsessed with weight, this tyre is the one for you.
