Really light, really snappy, easy on the back wheel, really short (good for competition (we have no mod/stock categories in Sweden, we all ride mod)), just generally nice..

Rear triangle could have been wider. With a seatstay spacing of 90mm a DX32 is a bit too wide, and a D521 almost perfect. A 32-36mm rim would be perfect for this frame.

Crescent should have used a normal headset in the frame, painted a bit better and continued making it.. It's one beast of a frame.

Warranty is supposed to be 10 years, but Crescent won't really replace your frame, even if you have the reciept and everything.

Great frame for short people (I'm 5ft8" and it's a good size).

Review
Ive had the bike for about 2 yrs and it seems like an ok bike. its very easy to do rear wheel hops and gaps nicely but cant get the geometry right(and i work in a shop so i have access to an endless assortment of parts to play with)

the rear triangle definitely needs to be wider because there is hardly any clearance for the tires. (if u rim isnt perfectly true it rubs hard against the stays). installed a brand new set of maguras and have to unscrew the adjuster ALL THE WAY OUT just to get adequate braking power(even with a brake booster!)

no matter how many different stems/forks ive tried i just cant seem to find the perfect balance. front feels heavy for taps and ups. cant manual as comfortably as i used to.

ive found myself riding my Redline more than my Crescent(and isnt that why we buy new bikes, theyre supposed to better? :(
